Mildred Munday Scholarship

The Mildred Munday Scholarship is named posthumously for Dr. Mildred Munday, who was instrumental in the creation of The Department of Women's Studies at The Ohio State University. The scholarship provides $3000 for tuition.

Eligibility

Applicants must be Women's Studies majors with at least a sophomore standing, excellence in scholarship, and commitment to Women's Studies.

Submit three copies of the materials listed below to The Department of Women's Studies, 286 University Hall, 230 N. Oval Mall, Columbus, OH 43210-1311, Phone: (614) 292-1021.

• A two-page statement, double spaced, explaining your scholastic plans and commitment to Women's Studies, along with your leadership and service, and how Women's Studies fits into your goals.
• An Advising Report
• One letter of recommendation from a professor.

Award

One $3000 scholarship to be used for tuition at The Ohio State University.
